Hi all not been on or posted for a while due to family issues, but i won't bore you with the details following the sadness at the middle of this thread, i have waited in for 3 days for 2 parcels, one came last night around 6.30pm from HDN all fine, no problems there, but my parcelline one did not arrive, i had phoned CS at HO to ask and was told it was due that day.

It never came, but today I recieved a phone call from a lady the other end of town who has my order..................she signed for it with hers then noticed afterwards it was someone elses.
The best bit, she phones boots to see what they suggest and they gave her my maiden name and previous address to try and trace me. Now i thought the data protection act was there for a reason, all be it that the lady was helping me out to get me my parcel but surley that is wrong??

I am picking it up tommorrow, via taxi as CS said they would refund me 10 quid to pay for it, I am writing an email to them later/morning about the name details I am quite annoyed and my OH was less than impressed!!

Sorry for the ramble x x

Surely they were given your name etc by the other customer and could then have contacted you via email or phone if they had the number ? There was no need to give her any details at all and I would want some points in compensation!

  • Have you checked page 34 of mag, there is a haircare insert which is bound into the magazine, vouchers are near the back of the haircare insert.

I'm northwest and have had them in all mags I have got

Thanks Ameliasmummy. I just retrived these from the recycling. A bit damp but I had missed them.

elisamoose, I TRIED TO LOOK AT THAT BAG EARLIER TODAY but it wouldn't let me lol, also the urban retreat stuff @ 5.00 is on 342 and is included in the 1000 points but you would have to get something else with 3 of these, i did try it lol
I think the baby event so far is a wate of time, i can't see any really good savings when nappies are a third of in sainsburys, and they have took all the bogof's of most baby bits and the offers on the custard pots, its just seems like a ploy of spend more i'll give you extra points, cause we all know if you reallllllly wanted to spend that much money you would neeeed the points to balance it out, i will not be taking advantage of that lol,

unlike all the gwps........ i did succumb to the 3 x clinique pore sheets with a gwp and extra points though ;)

Hi everyone. Jill has me to let you know the latest on her Mum. The operation went as planned and there were no complications. But she has lost one her kidneys.

The Vicar in the hospital is going to see her at 10.30 tomorrow morning to conduct a service so she can say her own goodbye's to Thomas.

I dont know how to put into words what Jill has said about Thomas helping her. I have tried and I understand, but I cried buckets but dont want to paraphrase her words, or lose the content. so I am posting it here.

Cant tell you what I'm feelin right now. Could you thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for me please. My boys a good lad too. I told him yesterday he had to look after his nanny today and he has done.

playing around on .com to try and get the 2 offers.Beautiful spray @£28 gets the gwp , then need 2 products to get the 1000 points. It says one to be skincare , but with 2 urban retreat cosmetic items still shows thew points! The urban retreat bit of the website is so annoying as does not show the price so I am adding an item then viewing basket to see what is cheapest !

update ............urban retreat is on 342 and 500 points.so have estee lauder perfume and GWP then 3 urban retreat items.it then adds 1000 points and 500 points so total is £52 plus 1500 points.will save it and think about whether I really need it lol.If anyone can direct me to urban retreat items @£5 i would be grateful!
edit.....................500 points is for over £50 spend! whoops
