Hi all not been on or posted for a while due to family issues, but i won't bore you with the details following the sadness at the middle of this thread, i have waited in for 3 days for 2 parcels, one came last night around 6.30pm from HDN all fine, no problems there, but my parcelline one did not arrive, i had phoned CS at HO to ask and was told it was due that day.

It never came, but today I recieved a phone call from a lady the other end of town who has my order..................she signed for it with hers then noticed afterwards it was someone elses.
The best bit, she phones boots to see what they suggest and they gave her my maiden name and previous address to try and trace me. Now i thought the data protection act was there for a reason, all be it that the lady was helping me out to get me my parcel but surley that is wrong??

I am picking it up tommorrow, via taxi as CS said they would refund me 10 quid to pay for it, I am writing an email to them later/morning about the name details I am quite annoyed and my OH was less than impressed!!

sure it would JT, I dont see what the "blonde" bit is all about, it doesnt add any colour that I know of.. I think its just an "added shine" ingredient, try it.. if you dont like it sell it on fleabay lol!!

I got the baby shampoo and head to toe wash which are usually £1.99 each BUT they're on a 2 for £3 offer so not only did I get the 2 items for free as the till took half the price off twice but it also took off 98p due to this offer. So got 98p off my other shopping.

I've got another 2 Baby Expert vouchers with different barcodes to use so will be trying that one again

Where did you have probs with the model me, I managed in our local today x3 although till did beep at mag voucher.

omg :eek: :eek: that is sooooooooooooooooooooo wrong... you must get on to Boots re this, and maybe even seek legal advice, Boots have committed a rather large faux pax (sp) there!!! :eek:
