I think the baby event so far is a wate of time, i can't see any really good savings when nappies are a third of in sainsburys, and they have took all the bogof's of most baby bits and the offers on the custard pots, its just seems like a ploy of spend more i'll give you extra points, cause we all know if you reallllllly wanted to spend that much money you would neeeed the points to balance it out, i will not be taking advantage of that lol,

No I dont think the Baby event is that great either, no money off things just extra points which on a packet of nappies etc doesnt amount to much.

Hi everyone. Jill has me to let you know the latest on her Mum. The operation went as planned and there were no complications. But she has lost one her kidneys.

The Vicar in the hospital is going to see her at 10.30 tomorrow morning to conduct a service so she can say her own goodbye's to Thomas.

I dont know how to put into words what Jill has said about Thomas helping her. I have tried and I understand, but I cried buckets but dont want to paraphrase her words, or lose the content. so I am posting it here.

Cant tell you what I'm feelin right now. Could you thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for me please. My boys a good lad too. I told him yesterday he had to look after his nanny today and he has done.

Aha.....I can blame you now when theres none of the good deals left in Ch'Oaks! :D

They can be quite militant about their things in there!!! Any other good deals there? the sanctuary bags were £20...nothin else of interest in there last week!

Hi, I am off to London tomorrow with my DH to a concert at the O2 and because I have to work until 1.00pm and we have to wait until 4.00pm after picking up my youngest DD before we can go then we won't have long to 'shop' before we have a meal and make our way to the O2 so I was just wondering if anyone had seen any bargains etc... in the London Boots stores especially Oxford Street before I go. My DH was telling me this morning that he needs some deodorant and Boots conveniently is one of the only shops that sells his brand so I guess I might be able to sneek in a trip to Boots if I'm lucky and it is worth it!!! He has also promised me that he will treat me to a new dress/outfit for my eldest DD's 18th birthday party three weeks on Friday so I really won't have alot of time!!
Does anyone know if they have got the new mags in the Sedley Place store cause I have 2 of the haircare till spits and 2 of the 250 points on model me too so I will be looking to add to my ever growing collection of model me if i can and of course get the extra points!!.
Also can someone confirm that they still giving out haircare till spits when you spend £5.00?
    TIA

    Hi Jemclajess

If you are looking for bargains, then the Oxford Street stores are rubbish. They do, however, have full ranges so you will get everything you need.

IMO the best branch around there is the one opposite Selfridges.

(OFF TOPIC Selfridges has a sale on at the mo, so you may get a bargain on an outfit for the party:j )

I got 2 till spits yesterday so I think that offer is still on.

    HTH
