I'm afraid to say I don't know who Jill is, I never usually come on here but wanted to ask a question today, but I wish to send her and her family my deepest heartfelt sympathies. I cannot even begin to imagine what they are going through, but I hope they can draw some strength from the kind words and messages posted on here.

    RIP Thomas.

I almost feel ashamed to ask this given the circumstances, but the reason I came on here was to ask if anyone knew whether, when you place an order with boots, if they are unable to send all of your items, do you still get the bonus points if the cost drops below the required spend??
  • As others have stated ... thoughts and prayers to you and your family at this most difficult time.

landkmum ... In the past when items have not shown up in my order I have been allowed to keep the points.

Yes, you keep the points even if they are unable to complete the order as you placed the order in good faith.

    Jill,

I've just read the terrible news and like many other people I don't know what to say. I'm sitting here with tears running down my face, I hope in time you will be able to draw comfort from the many heartfelt messages.

    I am so sorry.

    Jill,

I am so sorry to hear what you are going through, as a mum to a little one myself I dont think any words could possibly ease the heartache you must be going through. Take care, I know baby Thomas will be forever in your mind and heart. I think you are being very strong just being able to carry on after such a tradgedy.
