Are you sure it said to be used on the day of printing in those words as im looking at some acm vouchers i have here and they say 'this coupon can only be used on the date specified overleaf against the product described' So basically until the valid date! Why would there be a valid til date if you could only use it on the day of printing? She obviously just likes to interfere and make people feel horrible:mad:

Actually, i was also thinking about perhaps using my points to get the rest of this years birthdays/xmas pressents done so i dont have to worry about them as we're going to be quite skint for the rest of this year. I dont actually have that many birthdays left though. (not that i could shop in boots for, mostly men) I do have my 11 year old sisters birthday but all the stuff id like to get her can have vouchers used on them and i dont like to miss out on the opportunity to use a few vouchers:rotfl: Oh im just waffling now...desperate to splurge some points but dont wnat to spend them:rotfl:

Oooo, she read it out and that is what she said...
I didn't actually look at the voucher, i presumed she was right....
she obv just wanted to ruin my day :(
Tbh, she should of known better, she must of been in her 40's, its not like she was young and being childish.

I know working in retail can be tough, and there are of course some great Boots staff, but.......
THEY HAVE MORE THAN THEIR FAIR SHARE OF MISERABLE PRUNE-FACED OLD TROUTS......she said calmly and reasonably.

Dose anyone have a spare 400 points liplicious voucher?
Have acm 500 points wys £10 on no 7 facial suncare, 100 points tixylix or 250 points photo frames to swap for it? Or i could send you teh ts coupon from mag when i can grab another one on friday? thanks x

I think, to be honest, that the paper they're printing ACM vouchers on is old and out of date - didn't they until fairly recently have to be used on the same day, and it printed that on the front? I was quite surprised when I realised that they now have an expiry date on. I think it's just the total spend ones that need to be used on the same day now...?

So sorry you had a carp shop with a miserable SA.

just reading the back of one of my acm vouchers and it says

This coupon can only be used on the date specified overleaf against the product describes. Subject to conditions specified on screen and on coupon.

One I'm looking at is for T&G mini Protect & Style Ltd Ed valid until 15th July.

So the coupon says valid until....

Is that what yours said?

or are the SA's now interpretating acm vouchers we printed out a couple of weeks ago have to be used then when a date clearly stated on them.

God I'd so love to get a job in Boots and show these surly miserable crows a thing or two.:A
