Lots of us have had similar treatment by Boots staff. I once had (from orange-faced no7 woman of a similar age to me):

"well if you can't afford it, dear, you really shouldn't be looking at this range of make-up" It's funny now, but was anything but at the time, and CS said I must have been mistaken.

Becky1236 - I would write and complain, that's terrible customer service! Did you get her name?

Do the ACM vouchers not have a valid until date on?

For not using valid vouchers?!
Even though it saying valid until 17(?)th July...
But it does say on the back of the ACM vouchers.. to be used on the date of printing.. which i didn't know, but she ''''kindly'''' pointed that out :mad: lol.

'Well, you get your card convercated (can't spell that word LOL) then'

So, i just walked out... feeling really embrassed and feeling a bit 'abused' in a way iynwim.
I know it doesn't sound that bad.. but it was how she was saying it etc.
She was like threating me that she was gonna report me? :mad:

I have not been on too much in the last month and feel a bit guilty but I needed to stop doing so much Bootsing!!!

I think that was a terrible way to speak to you! I do hope they come back to you with an apology. I am quite assertive but get annoyed and upset when things like that happen to me. I had a very bad experience in a TK Maxx a few months ago with a horrid girl and I dont shop there nearly as much as I used to, so Boots will be the losers at the end of the day unless they try and make you feel better about it.

it actually says ' to be used on the date specified overleaf ' .Not sure whether that means the date printed or the date it expires. I have never had a date checked , even when the SA has seen me delving in to the depths of my bag for vouchers !

ok i know this is not boots realed, but i was thinking about penpals, i used to have a few when i was a kid, and i loved writing letters. Since im not working anymore, i have a lot of time on my hands, so i would love to get back into writing letters again.
