  • Hi everyone - been trying not to Boots recently, but went yesterday. Spent points though so not like real cash.

    Got this for 5.75 from 22.99 hero.jpg

also the Botanics gift bag for 2.50 (BOGOHP but only had one)
Nivea Sunkissed skin 400 ml for 2.10 from 5.99
best bargain of all, silver photo frames (6x4) reduced from 6.00 to 0.75p and BOGOF.

Just noticed whilst checking my receipt that the Definity has been taken off my points total twice  will have to ring CS tomorrow.

My mum picked me the Ted Baker Cosmetic purse up today for 5.00 from 10.00 but didn't use the 200 points - thought I had taught her better than that ;)

she did get me a few boxes of Mansize Kleenex tissues for 0.45p though - youngest DS can get through a box a day - given half a chance.

Saw a few other bits and pieces as mentioned on here but keeping a tight rein at the mo.

Well if it's any consolation the Model.Me voucher beeped for me anyways and the SA wouldn't manually add it because I'd used the till spit. I don't think anyone has managed to use it without a beep although a lot have had nice SAs who overode the till - I didn't though :(

The best bet until these coupons get in the system is to hand over the mag coupon first. It wouldn't hurt to have your other two coupons -- the one for 250 points from the acm and your haircare till spit -- in your purse or pocket in a place you can easily get them and not taking them out until *after* the SA has manually added the mag coupon. You could even say, "oh, I almost forgot ..." and reach for the others, lol.

Pash - you have a PM!
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

Picking up my mum from Edinburgh Airport tomorrow, anyone any ideas if there are local Boots that might have the reduced perfume sets? If my memory is right the Gyle is nearby, does it have a decent size Boots or where is the Fort as I've heard it mentioned on here?

    Thanks

And not just the wait between messages - my PMs are taking ages to arrive. Is this happening to anyone else? Nothing else on my computer is running slowly.
