BT charges the vast majority of its residential customers (those on BT Together packages) less than that - see HERE.Steve_xx wrote:BT charge 7.91, 3.95and 1.50p - daytime/evening/weekends. Probably BT is cheapest during the evening and weekend period.Their - possessive pronoun (owned by them e.g. "They locked their car").
They're - colloquial/abbreviated version of 'They are'
There - noun (location other than here e.g. "You can buy groceries there") OR adverb (in or at that place e.g. "They have lived there for years") OR adverb (to or towards that place e.g. "Go there at noon") OR adverb (in that matter e.g. " I agree with you there").0 -

No, most BT users will pay the rate on the second line down (from your link)
the other charges are dependant on the follow on numbers which most revenue receivers will not use,( probably because they are not revenue sharing or are at a much lower rate), the charges that Steve_xx stated are correctDon`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -

No-one would get a contract for making 0870 calls, just not everyone is aware of this.

Not everyone has as good as tariff as you of course.

The charges that Steve_xx quotes for peak and evening calls are not correct for calls to 0870(He has the weekend figure right) from most BT Subscribers as April2 points out.
He says they are P.7.91p, E.3.95p,and W.1.50p.
BT charge P.7.51p,E.3.75,and W 1.50p
If BT did charge 7.91p peak and 3.95p during the evening,Talk Talk who match exactly the lower BT rates given above would be cheaper then BT Peak and Evenings.PF.0 -
True and I did not scrutinse the charges, that Steve_xx had posted, (and the costs are not that far out)and anyone using the link will see the correct charges anyway, but my main point was that April2 was wrong to suggest the calls where cheaper than they actually are.

The information I gave is correct according to the detail, from BT's price list, in this link:
