Received mine yesterday - not in any packaging. It looks great but Ive bought it as a new home present for someone else - wish Id got one myself now.

Tried out the Go Vac today and love it. Supposed to only hold a 12 minutes charge, but pretty much did the whole flat. Had to empty it a few times, but that's more an indication of the state the carpets were in to begin with.

Would definitely recommend it for anyone who doesn't want to lug the big plug in vac around and saves on space too.

Might get one for me mum

Had to wait a while for delivery, apparently they were awaiting new stock. I got both the catchall and the go vac (they are both still available on the bex bissell site at reduced price) and absolutely delighted with the performance, particularly the go vac. We have a short haired dog who seems to think he owns every seat in the house and the back seat of the car. The go vac is the best thing yet for picking up the hairs. To tell you the truth I can't stop the oh using it and even the kids like it! Many thanks to op.

I ordered a Bissell CatchAll after reading about it on MSE a month ago. I didn't get a confirmation email either, and assumed I'd get one when it was despatched.

Totally forgot about it until I looked at my bank statement. (I've just moved house). Some cheeky beggar signed for it at my old address! Though my old flat was mainly carpets, haha.

Customer Service were very understanding and are sending out a new one. Nice one Bissell.

I did'nt get an email either from them and just seen this and thought i ordered it. Checked my bank details and they have taken £33 from my account.

So phoned them and it was some Carpet cleaner x3, i only have stairs carpet rest wooden floors. So why would i order that? And to make it worse they delivered it Friday (4th) and it was signed by my name at 11am. When i did'nt get home from work untill 4.30pm.

They getting back to me.

Thankyou so much for this really helpful post. I'm not a gadget person but I'm thrilled with my CatchAll.

Just to show my ignorance - I'm having problems finding electrostatic cloths and don't even know what they are! Can anyone help? I know they recommend Swiffer or Pledge Grab-it but I can't find either of these in our big Tescos.

I've been using Pledge "Dust It" cloths in ours...I think these came from Tesco.

If I have a complaint about the CatchAll it's that the batteries don't last that long - but luckily we only have 3 rooms with tiles/laminate so it's just about good enough for them.

Battery life is poor, but my wife (domestic engineer) finds it very handy.
