Mine came with cloths but it says :-

ALL popular brands of DRY disposable electrostatic cloths will fit your Catchall, including Swiffer and Pledge Grab-it, so off to the £1 shop/ Wilko /Home Bargains or Supermarket of your choice.

    nb,
the catchall power supply is 7.5 volts 0.3 amps, and for that model they say first charge 8hrs then 6 to 8 thereafter. watts = volts x amps , so watts = 2.25

Bissell live at the Boatyard, 105 Straight Rd, Old Windsor Berks, SL4 2SE
    0870 225 0109.
Maybe Saynoto has a proper number.

    Hope this helps.

Can anyone tell me what the wattage rating on the GoVac charger is please? would like to know if its got to be on 6-8hrs to charge. Thx Nb

Had one of these arrive today. Haven't tried it 'cos it has to charge 24hours before first use. After that, it says 12-16 hour charge will give 12+mins cleaning.

The way I see it, it can charge overnight so I can do kitchen and dining room (5 mins every day) and then charge again. 12 mins should be plenty because it's extra to a vacuum cleaner.

Can't see a wattage equivalent - just says 220/240V for the rechargeable thingy!

Mine arrived thismorning and I almost threw away the cloths that came with it by mistake.

They were in a small clear packet inside the cardboard folds.

Its on charge now and I'll see how it goes later.

  • Dammit. I didn;t spot the cleaning cloths either.

By the way, delivery driver had thrown it over the garden gate straight into a puddle so box was soaked through and fallen to bits by the time I got home.

Good job I wasn't gonna give it as a gift.....er, on second thoughts what kind of friend buys you a floor sweeper as a gift!!!

Got mine today - very cleverly and safely packed into tiny box. Impressed with the clever design, solid build - and it seems to do the business from my first test on the 'bits' on our tiled kitchen floor. I think this is excellent value.

got mine yesterday. Emailed customer service as they emailed me last week to say stock was comin in last Friday. About a hour later I had a phone call from a very nice lady telling me that mine was on the van that morning. Guess what? It got delivered about 3 hours later. Now that is what I call service.

I got the vac and go and cor blimy, it don't half pick up rubbish off the carpet.

Got mine to keep in loft conversion as did't want to lob my man one all the way up 2 flights of stairs.

    does the job great.
