Will you get ripped off today?Oh you have already been.0 -
I have a Nokia 7600 bought on a similar promostion this time last year. I'd like to get something liek this deal again now that my contract is almost over. Does anyone know if you can keep your number if you're already with '3'? Thanks.0

You have to 'Port' the number to a PAYG Sim and then back again if you want to get a new contract with '3'.

Have bought the 6630 from e2save with the deal described above. Got e-mail stating that they were out of stock. Tonight got text message from them saying that the phone had now been despatched. Has anyone else got this msg?0

i disagree seaniboy you havent factored in those that forget about there cashback say 5% and what the networks are doing is getting people off paug which is what they have always wanted to do this way at least they have a steady income.
paug was a major drain on resources plus it wasnt financial viable which is why the 30p a min kind of calls are on paug. But i do agree that they cant keep this up for ever ! and i also think that cashback will become more technical !0 -

I got the email last night, saying it had shipped at 17:31. Phone was delivered to work and was on my desk before I got in.0 -
Still getting the 'awaiting stock' message.0

My phone delivered today - all the goodies and in pristine condition - I suspect they just binnedthe box and gave me a new phone...0

On the plus side - I got my confirmation email on Thursday to say the phone had been despatched.... YIPPEE ... or so I thought.
Then I used the tracking email, and this confirmed delivery on Friday at 11.52
Shame it didn't come to my house!!
Royal Mail say it was signed for by a completely different name, and they need to speak to the postie to confirm what address it went to.
"Did you ask your neighbours?" they said....
"Does that mean the postman may have left a Special Delivery item at an address other than the one on the front?" I replied....
"Well, he shouldn't have, but maybe the address on the front was wrong"
Needless to say, it's not at any of my neighbours. Have managed to contact e2save, and they say it needs reporting as stolen. I'm currently awaiting return call from customer services, and the local sorting office....
I can only hope that e2save will supply a new phone, but I'm also getting prepared for a whole lot of messing around in the mean time.
Gggrrrrrrrrrrrr :mad:0
