Ditto my thoughts however at the time I had a choice of 6.05% or 6.50%, a big enough gap for me to jump ship and I've had the same high quality service at Kaupthing Edge too. No problems whatsoever.

I am probably one of the first ICESAVE customers and was my main easy access savings account but has since jumped ship to their Icelandic counterpart Kaupthing Edge but has just left £260 in it. It looks like that it won't be long that Icesave will decrease their maintaining balance to £1 and match kaupthing edge 6.5% or higher who knows.;)
