If i want to stop my contract with Orange but took my contract out through the CPW how do i stand with the phone. It's a SE k8501 in perfect order.
If i stop the contract can i return the handset with box and everything else that came with it and get a reduction on the remaining months?
If i do where do i stand with the phone i got from the CPW, are they responsible for the contract and will i have to slug it out with them or are Orange the ones to speak with?
I have spoken to Orange and CPW but guess what....each say to speak with the other!
Any advice would be great!

Unless you are out of contract you can't just 'stop' the contract. You'd have to pay the remaining line rental, but the phone would be yours to keep. I've never heard of anyone returning the phone to get a discount (the phone probably isn't worth much to Orange or CPW now) you'd be best to sell/recycle it seperately.
You'd have to ask Orange for an early termination - they should be able to tell you on the phone how much it will set you back. It's down to Orange not CPW to cancel.Wondering how to have a life & not rack up more debts...0 -
The phone is yours.
You could try selling it and use the proceeds to pay off the contract.
But as stopping the contract early costs the same as letting it run its course in terms of monthly rental, why not just bite the bullet and make use of the included minutes and texts?0
