Motorola V150 SIMM
I have been given this phone by my son, for use when I go to the USA next month. At present it is locked to T Mobile and loaded with $30 PAYG for the US.
Question 1, Can I get a SIM card in this country to make it work over here ?
Question 2 How do I upload photos to the phone to use as wallpaper ?
There is a USB access socket and I can get my computer to "see" it as an external device, but that's as far as I can go.
There was a thick booklet with the phone, but no details as how to upload photos etc. All help appreciated

1) Try a T-Mobile SIM card, free from here
2) It's usually easier to use bluetooth and push the files around. For example, get the image on a laptop (or another phone) with bluetooth, pair the devices and copy the file across. The hardest part is getting them to play nicely in 60 seconds (while the phone is in discoverable mode), once that's done moving the files is quite easy.
If you really want to do it by cable, you will probably need a copy of Motorola's Mobile Phone Tools, but when I was using it on my V500 I wasn't impressed.*I reserve the right to have an opinion, the right to change this opinion and the right to be wrong.*Hope that helps. Thank you Cavey. I've ordered a card from your link, so we will see how it goes. I checked out the Motorola Phonetools but $50 seemed a bit thick for what I wanted to do. Now to find a friend with Bluetooth..............0
