This is a real eye opener. Very different from the last one I watched just a few months ago.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
The flat I was looking at went unsold, the final bid was £42k. It was in the local EA a few months ago for £50k. What happens to these properties that go unsold at auction?

  • Lot 234 up now
I have worked for 5 years as a Pension Administrator and then a further year in a non-administrator pension role. I am not (and never have been) an adviser. Do not take anything I say as advice, it is information given on the best of my knowledge.

You may well be able to do a post auction deal with the auctioning company.
  • Have any of the lots actually been sold? Everytime I look its either said unsold or no bids.
