Oh Hec!! what have I done!! Samsung U600 help needed please..

Basically, had a major screen bleed yesterday, sorted out a new deal with o2 to get a new phone (samsung soul yey!! been after it since it came out and they've now given it me free!, anyway, as now phone is on it's way, I needed to make sure all my data was on the memory card.

So, I went into the videos that were just on the phone, went to move to memory card, videos, then selected move here. But, they are not there!!, nor are they on the normal video menu on the phone - can anyone help and tell me where they have gone? I def. didn't delete (this has happened on everything, my music downloads, images and videos), just selected move here.

I seem to have lost everything,all my kids pics and videos that I took at the weekend (that can't be replaced ), please help.

Perhaps if someone has this phone, they could take a random photo (that doesn't matter if it gets lost) and try the above and see if it ends up anywhere for me?
The manual doesn't give any info about moving to memory card.

Use the software and data lead that came with the phone and back it up to PC from the U600.

Load the software first.

Thanks alnsv but when you do that, it asks what files you are tranx ie music,images etc and I don't know where it has moved the videos too!, as my screen is pretty bad (and getting worse) it's difficult to see whats happening, all I know is is the videos don't seem to be appearing anywhere.

just copy everything over.

BTW if you want to sell your broken u600 I'm happy to buy and send you the pics/vids back.
