Orange
Recently taken a contract out with orange £26 per month 700 mins 100 texts, free landline calls, magic number/orange wed.
I have the samsung G600 its my third phone and with each phone i have experienced dropped calls where my phone cuts off during conversations. i phoned them again today and there response was a diagnostic check which identified a fault. Next step they will send it to a specialists department where they can investigate the problem in more detail. The customer service person/team leader points out they have no authority to change to another phone. I have insurance, but they can only exchange for exactly the same model.
I had my phone for 3 months so i am out of the fourteen day rule.
I want a different phone as i have lost confidence in this phone. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Normally if you have a problem such as this they will let you exchange for a different model that is no better than the one you currently have x0
