HI,
Does anyone know if any company offers a mobile phone contract for people without bank accounts? I have a friend who is looking for a minutes plus text monthly contract, but who does not have a bank account.

Most if not all require bank account.

If they don't have a bank account, you have to wonder if they are financially competent enough to commit to a mobile phone contract.0

You don't need a bank account to get a contract, as you can pay by other methods. You do however need a credit or debit card to get a credit check in order to get a contract.I accept no liability if you chose to rely on my advice.0

If they want sim only there are good offers from MVNOs like giffgaff offer contract like deals with PAYG commitment... Otherwise they might need to get saving!0
