o2 charging me not answering my fone

hi i am on o2 lesiure plus when someone ring my phone if i don't answer it goes direct to voicemail . i getting charged for someone leave message on the voicemail. any help please thanks luke

    Go in and cancel all diverts(call settings), then it wont go onto answering machine, if thats what you want?

    Voicemail does not come out of your inclusive minutes.You are charged at UK fixed rates.As gk172 suggests if you dont want to pay for vm calls turn it off.

    You are not charged for people leaving voicemail, only for you listening to it. I notice they ring you when you have voicemail, and if you answer, they charge you. Is that what is happening to you?

    i tried a test call using my brother mobile to call my number and then i checked my online bill whether i got charged. it showing my mobile number called to differnt voicemail number. when i check my mobile there is no such number called. i looked at phone dial list

    Sounds like the message center number is set up to not use o2 voicemail at a guess.
