Is a cash ISA right for me?

I get comission of approx £400 every 3/4 months. I intend on saving this money, but with my not putting savings in that regulaly is the isa right for me?

If you save your bonus in an ISA it will avoid tax on the interest. It depends on your tax status as to how much more you will earn by saving this way, as opposed to saving it in a normal account.
Even if you had, say, £1600 to save in your ISA there would be nothing stopping you using the rest of your allowance for other savings too, as long as you avoid the more restrictive e.g. fixed term ISAs.Debbie0
