I assume its Puff Pastry used on pasties in places like Gregs bakers and wondered how easy is it to make at home.

I have a food processor if that helps but everywhere i search on the net seems to have conflicting ideas on how to make puff pastry. Does anyone have a foolproof simple recipe ???

    Hi danz,

There's an older thread with some tips and links that might help so I've added your thread to it as it helps to keep all the replies together.

Hello, does anyone know a puff or flaky pastry recipe, not using a magimix just by hand please?

    Hi sunset gold,

This youtube link may help. I made puff pastry once and decided never again....life's too short. :o

There's an earlier thread with links to recipes so I've added your post to it to keep all the replies together.
