Hi peeps Right come on then! How in gods name do i make puff pastry???Reason being (i know some of you are sat saying just go and get the ready made stuff) but i cant.I have a really bad nut allergy and if it says on the packet 'made on a production line using nuts' i usually have to avoid it. Thing is my bf absolutely loves pies etc adn id love to make him a homemade mince and onion pie using puff pastry. I can make shortcrust pastry for a sweet pie but want to try doing puff pastry - this could turn into a Mr Bad Example style thread so please bear with me!!Time to find me again0
