Does anyone know of any reason why I should not switch to TelecomPlus (aka The Utility Warehouse)?

    No
  • I am a distributor so you might think I'm biased.

But I have saved over £300 in the first year against Telewest phone charges. NPower energy and my mobile phone use.

Yes, you pay £1.76 per month club membership but for 4 services you get £30 'cashback' every year so that balances it out anyway.

As for energy prices going up. They ALL did, due to the wholesale prices of fuel. BUT Telecomplus's prices went up the least out of of the ones I compared against.

And I've got to say that at least they give you a quote for your energy first, based on your last bills. All the others want to sign you up on your doorstep!

Give a shout if you want a link to the new site and check out rates yourself.
  • Oh I forgot to say.

With the Utility Warehouse ( Telecomplus ). Did you know that for £25, you can become a Customer Gatherer.

That is you sign up for the services, you pay £25. You then recommend someone else to join. After 3 extra people sign up you get extra discount off your own bills.

So say you get ten friends/family etc to sign up.

You then get 4% of THEIR phone and 2% of their energy usage taken OFF your bills.

Make up some figures and work it out yourself.

Rough calculation sign 30+ people up, you get 100% discount off all your services.

Not for everyone I know, but some people can turn they hand at it

Even with the 'perks' still far better alternatives out there for ALL utilities....

I would advise everyone to stay clear of TP+
    something missing
  • I'm off to have Sunday lunch - admittedly a bit late but thought I might try a nice bit of SPAM. ::)
  • Is it just me or are all the T+ salespeople who post on here pretending to add to a thread when they're really just advertising their product, really as truculent as they come across? ???
