how soon after ordering the throw did they debit your account (if paid by credit card or debit card)??????

Has anyone got their refund back since the round robin email came?

I have had £7 taken and throw arrived today and got email on Friday saying a refund had been given but nothing back in my bank account as yet.

Screen originally showed 2 x £3.50 = £7.00 Postage = £0.00

But the confirmation emails shows...

I will see what the invoice says when it arrives. I thought it would be easier to open an account, than have the wrong amount taken from my card and then try to reclaim it.

My refund of £3.50 was credited to my credit card on Saturday 28th June.

It is definately still in stock though.

I just phoned the number given in the first post as said that I wanted to order the free Laura Ashley throw as detailed in the Express. I gave the catalogue number and order code and declined all their other kind offers. I paid £3.50 on my Visa card.

Two minute phone call - no hassles. Lovely throw for £3.50 to be delivered in 3-5 days. Excellent!

I ordered the throw last week, (£3.50) plus some craft stuff (£4) and used the discount code from the OP. It still came up as £11 after I had paid for it, so I rang Kaleidoscope (twice) and they said they'd credit the £3.50 overcharge back to my bank.

I checked my bank account online today, and they took £3.50 on the day I placed my order (24 June), then took another £7.50 last Friday, haven't refunded anything, and I still haven't received my parcel.

I've emailed them about it this morning, but they've not responded yet so it looks as though I shall have to make YET ANOTHER flippin' phone call to them tomorrow. Harumph.
