Same here, I put in all the codes OP told me too, but they still charged me £7. Will wait and see what happens.

This happened to me to but I sent them an e-mail with the code and explained that this was not accepted and they credited £3.50 back to my account straight away. Also received my throw within a couple of days and very nice, well worth £3.50.

Ordered mine on Weds it arrived on Sunday. £7.00 was debited from my card but £3.50 credited the next day. I didn't contact anyone, it seemed to happen automatically. Many thanks to OP. My little girl loves it!

I ordered 2 as 1 was 'free' and was charged £10.50. I wrote an email to ask what had happened and why I hadn't been given free postage. Today I have 2 refunds of £3.50, so paid £3.50 for both!
