I sent 2 messages. 1 by using the 'contact us' area on the site and 1 by replying to the email they sent me saying the game had been dispatched.

The email from them, came from the [email="orders@hmv.co.uk"]orders@hmv.co.uk[/email] address.

Thanks, just used that link to send them another email. I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem.

got mine no problems sorry, did try to get 2 copies but only got 1, still saved well over £20 so cant complain too much, only cant play it yet as my wife says its a xmas present, even tho i paid for it!! something about her not knowing what else to get me?!

My son is so happy, got it this morning, I wonder why it took so long to deliver. Never mind, it's better late than never. But I'm not happy with their customer service as still no reply to any of my emails.
