Given that folk who have ordered both PS2 and XBox have received emails on both their PS2 order and their XBox order and given that each email is specific to one or the other version, this clearly indicates that folk who have ordered both will get both.

Now, I'm not saying that is what HMV intended, but the emails are very specific... i.e... they relate to a particular game, a particular version and even reference the catalogue number, thus, whilst the issue of mispricing may well relate to two products, it is not the case that they are being treated as one product.

Two seperate emails, two seperate products, one stating that only one of catalogue number xxxxxxxxxx will be supplied, the other email stating that only one of catalogue number xxxxxxxxxx will be supplied and as I see it, that means you get one of each and you cannot read it any other way.

Yep, ordered when it said 29.99 but was 14.99 as soon as you put it in the basket and I have received the e-mail (for the PS2 version).

Nope I haven't received any e-mail from HMV yet and I ordered when the price was £29.99 going into the basket at £14.99. I ordered mine at around 2pm if that makes any difference. Junk and spam folders checked and no e-mails received and also my order on the HMV site is still 'live' it just says 'Goods have yet to be received from suppliers'.

I only received my confirmation email. Order status still showing as 'Goods have yet to be received from suppliers' - looks promising!

I think those that haven't yet received the "honour" email shouldn't worry too much. I still haven't but if their honouring the price to other people I don't see why some should be left out. If they do, there’s one hell of a reason to argue back at them!

Just checked the hmv website for my order status and it now states: Completely Shipped! Excellent!
