rigth its a long story but here goes. I upgraded my phone in feb, got the phone and a new sim card. Before i opened the phone i rang them to make sure it was an upgrade not a new contract. i was told just bin th esim card it was put in by mistake.
Well one month later i got 2 bills the contract i was using and a one for the contract i had never asked for, i rang them and they said it would be sorted for me.
The next month i got another bill for the new contract, saying i owed then £108.89, so i rand them again and they said they were looking in to it and the bill would be payed, this was may.
then 2 weeks after speaking to them i got debt collecters letter and then them 2 days after i get a letter from sols saying i need to pay up or ill get bail lifts at my door.
I rang them agian and had to email them the bill and the debt collectes letter and then they would send me a cheque out so i did on the 5th of june. By the 10th of june i had another letter saying they have asked someone to call around to collect the money or goods, so i phoned then again and the cheque wasnt sent out. they sent it out on the 18th i got it 2 days later.
I had to pay it out of my own money due to the cheque takes 5 working days to go into my account.
ive just checked my credit rating account and it shows on there that ive had 5 months late payment. plus ive spend hours on the phone to them trying to get them to sort it out. Should i claim for compo im right a letter of compliant no matter what.
I t took my 3 years to get my credit score prefect, for them to dent it.
