Next summer sale

Do any Next staff know what the policy is regarding items purchased at full price 6 weeks before the sale and are subsequently reduced please? I guess this should just be 'tough luck' really but a Next manager once told me that you could take in your receipt for a refund of the difference - not sure if this is still the case though?

As usual I went mad in the online sale, hopefully it won't all fit me though and I'll be able to send some things back!

Does the 4+ mean something totally different to the 4-5 as the waist is really big.

I'm sure someone will come along and either confirm or correct me on this - but previously the Next site has closed at around midnight and reopened at 6 in the morning. During the sales I have logged in at 6am ( have young kids.....! ) and there have been loads of new stuff on there which i have been successful in ordering. I would 'assume' these have been returns.

I must point out though - don't expect too much to be added over the next few days. I had a 5pm slot on Wednesday ( first slot available on VIP ) and I have only received 1 item so far - expecting a load tomorrow / Tuesday. I will have returns but these will not be collected by my courier until the end of the week / beginning of the next week. My guess is this will be the same for most people - hence no returns will be added to sale list for at least a week ( hope that makes sense....! )

Got most of my order delivered yesterday, kids stuff is all lovely but very disappointed with the womens clothes - bad quality, threads hanging off, and some of the sizes are way off. Lots of womens things going back!

Can totally agree with you there - always have to order more than one size of womens wear as it varies so much. Also I recently ordered some jeans for DS so ordered a few for him to choose and they ranged from not being able to get in them to falling off him once fastened.

I have clothes from my older DS which I have kept for younger DS and definitely feel the quality is better on these than the quality now.

Does anyone know if Next will still do a stock search on a sale item to see if any other stores have it? Appreciate any info on this.

glad im not the only one,my main problem this sale is the size, they are soooo off, also those stupid sale tags they put on the clothing that makes holes in the material, i can get into size 8 or 10 next clothes, but the tops that i bought i couldnt breath when i got them on, thought id put on loads of weight!!!!!! they differ from item to item, so lots going back for me, well gutted,
