How do i defrag VISTA

Hi sorry but not used to using VISTA and cannot find anywhere to defrag it. Laptop is going sooooo slow i have deleted temp files but cant see where to defrag, not like the one i'm used to hmmmmm. Thanks in advance
Presumably you've done a scan with Ad-Aware?
ccleaner is a cracking bit of freeware for cleaning up unnecessary debris, and defraggler might be worth a look, too.0 -
I use CCleaner and Diskeeper 2008 for my drive maintenance. The background automatic defrag works very well and the added advantage is the ability to view the defrag details unlike in the Vista program.0
