    Right am confused about RE call, as in the notes it says I've to complete the report within 24hrs BUT I have to wait to the next day after the call to use the recording to complete the report - huh? :confused:

    You will get an email through by the next morning to say the call has been recorded ok and you are ok to do the report and you have until 11am the following morning to complete the report - ie 2 days after the actual call.

    That's what I had from the holiday booking call anyway HTH

    Thanks SJ - I thought that must be the idea - however that wasn't the message they conveyed in the briefing. :rolleyes:

    On a bank assignment for Bare, they have this
    "Please note that this Shop will NOT affect your credit rating"
    .
    I was wondering why this was - can anyone enlighten me pls? TIA

    In some bank assignments like: opening a new account, asking for a loan, PIP, you will get credit checked and everytime this happens you credit score goes down and that is why the pay usually for these jobs is higher than average.
    In this shop you will not be credit checked.

    Take care with RE calls. You have to ring an 0870 number to record your call.

    Check how much your phone provider charges for calling 0870 numbers, and factor in the length of the call and how much time you will be in a queue for. Sometimes it's not worth doing the calls by the time you take the call charges off the fee.
