Hi everyone, does anyone know if there is a way to search for non geographical jobs (ie, phone calls) on Retail Eyes? I have trawled this thread for an hour but can't find a mention...I can't get out much so need call and email jobs.
The usually just appear down the bottom with the airport ones, but agree with Leila1, not worth the effort from all accounts.0 -
Aaarghh this heatwave has eaten my brain away. Yesterday glasgow was flaming baking hot. Finished my Asda job at lunchtime. Then got caught up in a huge traffic jam because an American tourist in a hire car came out of Glasgow airport and went on the motorway on the wrong side. Caused havoc for hours. Then I got flagged down later by another American tourist approaching a roundabout asking me which direction do you drive round these circles!!!! Is that on the wrong direction too.
So I was miles late fopr my 1st MS and got to the 2nd as the door was shutting. Some advice needed here. The closing date is Monday and I am working so need to do it today. It says though on the briefing try to avoid Saturday but I have no other option so I guess I will have to just do it today and hope they understand.
BTW If you vere hear on the news an irate Glaswegian wee wummin has flung an American tourist off the top of the Kingston bridge into the Clyde you will all know it is ME> My local female clink is Cornton Vale so you can all email me there. Or would I get a medal from Her Maj.:rotfl:Clique member no 1.:D0 -

Of course you are entitled to have you own opinions.
What I objected to was the language you chose to use, which is not only offensive, but also inappropriate for this forum.
To the right of this page I can see a column headed 'Forum Etiquette' which starts by saying 'Please be nice to to all MoneySavers' and goes on to say 'even if you disagree courtesy helps'.0 -
Anyone having problems logging into RE this morning?
Edit - seems to be sorted now! Phew - I've 2 jobs this afternoon and hadn't printed the paperwork!!ilovefreegle.org - give it away don't throw it away0 -
I,m taking a break from M/S for a while, have cancelled all my jobs and dont care if they sack me. I work full time and am finding it a bit hard going concidering the time I have to put in for the money offered. I do the jobs either before or after work then have to fill in reports at the other end, so many repeat questions, and they are always looking for new evidence that you actually went there, they will be asking for a letter from a lawyer next.:T:jDabbler in all things moneysaving.Master of none:o
Well except mastered my mortgage 5 yrs early :T:j

I joined GR a few weeks ago, but have never been sent any jobs for them and there is nothing showing as available on their site, I was wondering if this is normal?
TIA
Yes, it's notoriously difficult to find a job on there before it gets snapped up! They all go on during the day too, so if you're at full time work - makes it even harder!0 -
Does anyone put a certain amount of money aside each month to cover next years tax bill. If say for example I get £100 a month should I be putting a certain percentage away to pay the bill.
Also got the e-mail from BARE and two of my assignments are still showing as pending. Was going to e-mail back to say yes I am interested but no-one seems to be doing anything. Got a sport shop job on tomorrow morning but a quiet weekend is on the tables for a change xx0 -
Sorry if this sounds really thick, but I thought this was for ALERTS only, not for general chit chat! Sports Shops are on RE for the Yorkshire area. And keep your eyes and ears peeled for BARE assignments. I am getting a lot of calls from them asking me to do stuff. I'm also getting emails asking to do stuff. It's all good.0
