ps, National Trust always use local suppliers wherever possible as they have an extremely eco friendly ethos, only using locally sourced, seasonal foods etc, so I would be VERY surprised if they shipped over goods to the UK. Doubt if they would use "Made in China" goods!!!:D:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Can you join NT for just one year? Or do they keep taking your money until you cancel? Can't find anything on HUKD. Can anyone help?
Edit: I just found the thread for NT on HUKD.

I took one out for my self and one for my fiance and got £20 each from quidco, took about 2-3 months to be paid. Great deal0

re the nz loophole - i would rather the national trust got my money as they are a good company that does important work.
thanks OP0 -
I have went for the deal thanks op, I do feel a bit guilty for not signing up to my own NT but I will be going to their venues and will probably spend some money there.0

I think it's because it is free if you are under 25 and go through quidco but quidco isn't guaranteed. Does anyone know if you can use this membership in Scotland trust sites?
Yes you can use in Scotland - and a lot less stuffy the volunteers are there too! A real welcome, unlike the often overweening prig-volunteers they seem to attract in English NT properties.Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. Thank you.0 -
I never got binoculars - Just a raincoat that is green and its 10 sizes to big for me :rotfl:0
