orange again........
back in feb this year i started a new contract with orange 120 mins plus 120 extra for 6 mths, in july i noticed the way they changed the way the minutes were heard on 150, it used to be that you used your free ones 1st then used your normal bundle when i phoned to query it they said because of the change instead of my bundle finishing in august it had been extended to december wel l i have just received my bill and for some reason i have been charged for calls since 29/09 even though i had only used 145 in total out of 240, theexcuse i was given was "oh you were misinformed" and then she said "oh our system dropped everones free minutes" i will credit you and give you your free bundle back and it will be on til april next year, i bet next month i am phoning again...... so for all you orange users who had the free bundle for 6 months keep an eye on things:mad:
