Don't suppose you have a Selftrade account, I only ask because they seem popular on here, and I know a front end that has a charting package and looks like it can work with quotes from selftrade.Hope for the best.....Plan for the worst!

Usually refers the order execution platform for a brokerage / trading account, often independants design front ends that are compatable with various brokerages and feed sources. Quote Tracker is one such. It's compatible with a wide range of accounts I use it for order execution but it has what looks like a resonably decent (bearing in mind it's free) charting package. I noticed in the list of data providers, it appears to be compatable with Selftrade streaming quotes, which is why I asked if you had an account with them. if that's true it should be capable of drawing charts, from their quotes, I just don't see anything on selftrade's website about streaming quotes for their clients. I'm afraid it isn't compatible with any SB'sHope for the best.....Plan for the worst!

Yeah sorry, I can't really think of anything else, other than to ask on the above mentioned forums. Bottom line is that there is a fee for realtime data at source, the exchange fee, somebody has to bear the cost of it, I was quite impressed that ADVFN seemed to be doing it, now I see how.Hope for the best.....Plan for the worst!
