What time do BT evening rates start?

BT are changing the time that the evening call rate begins from 6pm to 7pm, from 1st April 2010.
I signed up to a BT contract with free evening and weekend calls, as I wanted to be able to make calls between arriving home from work and having dinner at 7pm, and I am still in the middle of my contract. Can they really make this change to my call plan or is it a breach of contract? If I use the phone for an hour between 6pm and 7pm at the moment, it is free. If I use it for an hour between 6pm and 7pm after 1st April, it will cost me over £75 extra a month (60 mins @ 5.9p/min, 5 days a week, not including call setup charges!)
Do I have a right to cancel my contract or does BT have something hidden in the small print?0 -

But if you switch to Anytime it will costs you £4.99 extra per month...No free lunch, and no free laptop

After some pressure I think BT has agreed changing the evening period time is a significant change to contract and you can cancel your contract.
They are promoting Anytime @£4.99/mo as the best option or find another line rental provider. Cancel before 1st April 100
