I run a business on ebay and from experience, it can sometimes take weeks for stuff to arrive - if it was posted on 23rd Sept, give it a bit longer. Somehow, stuff sent by ordinary airmail always seems to take longer than insured stuff. You have 45 days to lodge a claim through paypal so have plenty of time yet.

Also, have you emailed the seller and asked when the items were sent? You could say that your local post office will help you look into it if you can provide proof of posting - it would be a polite way of asking him for proof of posting without suggesting he never sent the stuff! If he provides proof and the items never arrive, you would also then not really have a case against him as you asked him to send them ordinary airmail and not insured.

I wouldn't worry too much - as I said before, It's early days and the stuff will probably do a "sods law" on you and turn up tomorrow as soon as you've emailed him! Happens to me all the time.

UK customs are right sods, things can be held up there for weeks, especially if the item is > 18 quid and they can get some cash out of it
if its been 14 days, then fine, ask questions

Can take at least a month sometimes and thats with 3-5 day priority post!!!!
