Omega 3 capsules (merged)

NEW The Laughing Cow cheese (spread) triangles with Omega 3 the back of the circular pack sez Just two triangles provide over 20% of the minimum daily intake of Omega 3 and the cheese is a source of calcium aswell.

Spread on crackers or sandwich as part of their school lunch or maybe justa snack....

the youngest aged 5 will only have the chewy gummy ones <sigh> which dont contain much omega but better than nowt i suppose......

but i make sure they have sardines / mackeral etc every week and anything else fortified with omega 3,yogurt drinks eg

I can endorse the Haliborange high DHA concentration omega 3 orange capsules. Its the only one my son will take! :rolleyes:

My children have been having Haliborange for about 5 years and recently the oldest one has started on the capsules from Savers chemist taking 2 a day.
