NEW The Laughing Cow cheese (spread) triangles with Omega 3 the back of the circular pack sez Just two triangles provide over 20% of the minimum daily intake of Omega 3 and the cheese is a source of calcium aswell.
Spread on crackers or sandwich as part of their school lunch or maybe justa snack....0 -

the youngest aged 5 will only have the chewy gummy ones <sigh> which dont contain much omega but better than nowt i suppose......
but i make sure they have sardines / mackeral etc every week and anything else fortified with omega 3,yogurt drinks eg0 -

I can endorse the Haliborange high DHA concentration omega 3 orange capsules. Its the only one my son will take! :rolleyes:0
