Sky HD prices to tumble next month

which is exactly what I did do and the response I got was not what I wanted ,
they said they would disconnect within 2 hours, I explained I had looked at cable and it was cheaper and they virtually said go for it then, no deals for existing customers, as I wanted the box office event that weekend I had to back down and eat humble pie, its not sensible to ignore loyalty, people like me are their bread and butter but as I have had a letter this wekend saying their prices are going up in september my loyalty is wearing very thin

Ah, you revealed that you did want Sky TV, which is what it is whether it is delivered by Sky or by Virgin Media. There may be a price difference, but it is fairly minor. By doing so, they know that you are, and will always be a customer.

So they now definitely know that you are never going to cancel.
