Dont know where you are based,but do you have to order from your local store or any as they are comming from other wharehouses!
As i ask is my neighbour ordered hers today from a store in another town and i know they are still taking the orders
she did this as like you all the stores around our town are suspending the orders till they can gaurentee stock.

Just ring them and cancel it, you can cancel any order as long as it's not getting delivered the next day.

Had mine delivered yesterday and 6 out of 17 were damaged - they offered to replace them mid October so said "no thanks"! Then they said they'd refund me on collection minus the delivery charge so said "don't think so" and they came back 5 minutes later with a complete refund. Make sure you check all the corners - even for £1 a door you still want your kitchen to look a million dollars and not ike you paid £1 for it!!

can't you take them back to nearest B&Q store with the receipt and get a refund if no-one else has taken you up on your offer?
