Thanks so much OP - I got doors for nearly all of my kitchen - very chuffed. Went to my local store (not warehouse) and had a nice chap to help us get all we needed. We were only short of some drawers (so I'm having a cuboard instead) and a long door that's going to have to be half a door and half open as we'd never get anything to fit.
I'd already started painting the carcasses and plinths with cream cupboard paint, and now it's looking grand. we'll upgrade the plinths later when the paint scratches, but it'll do for now. very happy

I also got a half price sink £45

Went to my local B&Q today to have a look at the doors. They said that the offer is on until 4th July but due to umprecedented demand they need to be ordered. Apparently there is a very long waiting list so it will be Autumn at the earliest before you get them.

Those of you buying the sage green doors, are you changing the worktop as well? What colour are you going for and are they on special offer anywhere? Someone mentioned Ikea, will they fit?

For anyone who has bought the sage green doors, if you check the www.diy.com website, they have the cornice, corner posts and pelmets inthe Summer Savings sale.

Hi, i currently work at the kitchen section at B&Q, and the particular deal is called a 3.2.1 Deal.

This means that there are THREE kitchens, (walnut modern, cherry modern and maple modern) for TWO weeks, at ONE £1.00 per door (including glazed doors).

the offer is only on these kitchens and a complete kitchen does not have to be bought. you can reface your kitchen without having to buy new cabinets.

Also the Sage Green kitchen is also at a pound, but this is because it is due to be discontinued, (won't be available after october)

p.s. when i was working at the weekend, the current lead time for the doors' delivery was 29th September, due to an obvious vast increase in demand. (only some of the very large stores may stock all of these kitchens)

My B&Q said that it was an error on the system and they couldn't sell me them today.

So if I go back tomorrow and they still fob me off........then I could ring you and buy them over the phone from you?????
