If there's anyone reading that for any reason an ASC passport would help, feel free to PM me and I can send you a copy of what we have done.....or even if you don't need one but just want to be nosey....:rotfl:

It's a Microsoft Publisher file at the moment (just let me know which version of Publisher you have, but if you don't have Publisher, I am going to scan it in as well, so that I can send it as a JPEG (is that what they're called? I'm not very techy, I just press buttons until things start to work! ).


As for the biro - well, that will teach me not to leave them lying around wont it! :doh:

Edit - although I can't post the Publisher file on the net (cos I'm not that clever ), I've copied and pasted the info on it into a Google Docs file, which can be viewed HERE (if the link works - give me a shout if it doesn't). For some reason, the picture of the thermometer at the bottom has gone all wonky, and you'll just have to imagine it made into a booklet rather that a list of 'stuff', but if it helps anyone, feel free to read it. In real life, it's a 4 page booklet with his name and photo on the front, the sensory processing, my feelings, and understanding the world around me bits on the middle two pages, and the 5 point scale bit and the thermometer picture on the back.

Well done on the passport - its a brilliant idea!
I did a teaching placement a few years ago at a school which had some children with autism and aspergers' and something like your passport would have been very useful.

Snaggles, the passport is fab.

One of the kids at school has Aspergers, and it really helps me to understand him a little better. There is so little information out there, I really think your passport should be sent to everyone who works with children :T
