O2 Online Bill - Can't read it

Morning all,
I am 11 months into a 12 month 02 contract and have been unable to access my online itemised bill throughout this period.
My bill is supposed to be £35 with all of the usual freebies, however it ranges from £45 to £90! The thing is, as I’ve never seen an itemised bill during this period I cannot be sure if I’ve been charged correctly and I can’t look where I can cut down.
I never go over my minutes, but as we’ve moved house twice in this period and haven’t had a house phone, I have used it to call a few free-phone numbers which I know cost a considerable amount from a mobile, but this is all I can think of.
I have emailed O2 several times and they have sent me back instructions listing settings I should make to my PC, but they never work and I have tried on about 4 different PC’s.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I like O2 and want to continue with them in the future, but I hate the fact that I don’t know where my moneys going!
I’m thinking of writing to O2 and telling them I’m not happy with the service.

I use O2 online and I have always had access to my account.
My main complaint was that it was very complicated to find the information that you were looking for but they have recently simplified this considerably and it is now easy.
Have you registered on the O2 site?0 -
I click view my bill and the following appears....
'There was a problem processing your login
If you are not automatically redirected please click here and try again. If the problem persists please contact the helpdesk and quote - Login Error 2'
As i say, i've tried everything they've suggested, but i still can't access anything0 -
Sorry, don't know what's going on there.
Have you got a pop-up blocker on that may be doing something to it?
Are you registered more than once?
Can you try registering again from scratch with a new ID?0 -
You could always ask them for itemised billing on your paper bill? They've started doing this now, my friend works for o2 and said it's free on tarrifs £35+0

The whole point of o2 online is you don't get a paper bill, and instead you get extra free sms or minutes
To view your bill go to www.o2.co.uk, login and click on view my bill
I just checked and it works on a mac and linux box as well as a pc0 -
Ah, I didn't realise it was o2 online! I should've just read the subject title.. Hmm...0

This used to happen to me all the time - but now this seems to have been sorted out...
customer services said to clear the caches on my computer when this happened via internet options etc...
alternatively, send a blank text to 21202 (free) and it will text you back exactly how much inclusive allowance texts and minutes you have left in the month as well as how much spending you have made outside of your inclusive allowances.
hope that helps{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature please contact the Forum Team}0
