*** Update*** had a call from the MD, Gavin today (28 July), he'd just been told of my post on here and fair play to him he'd traced the goods I'd ordered from my post below and was ringing to sort the issue out, however I did finally get my m$ points on 27 June. Gavin has told me they have made some "staffing adjustments" to customer services so hopefully it should be a lot better in future

I ordered microsoft points on 27 May, they didn't turn up within the 14 days stated on their website to allow them to issue a replacement, so I emailed them. Received a reply a day and a half later saying give it another few days and see if they turn up! I emailed back and said no, I have followed their terms, 14 days since despatch had passed, send me a replacement now. Needless to say nothing happened, so I rang and spoke to them, their customer services person was on lunch so some other bloke took all my details said there's no problem getting a replacement as they have them there and he'd get customer service to contact me that afternoon.
So........over a week and 2 unanswered phone calls to their 0870 number later (left answerphone messages) I haven't got my goods and it looks like I'll have to dispute it with the credit card company and see if they can do anything
I'd read mixed reviews about their service before I ordered, at least it was only £16 I'm having hassle with!
