Does anyone have any intelligence on whether there will be another voucher next sunday (July 6th)?

    Goodness it's like Spooks!

We have no 'intelligence' at present Galileo ... however should any come my way I will meet you at midnight outside the Duck & Ferret ... I will be the 'chicken keeper' ... and you will recognise me by my monocle and gloved hand ... :^)

So far they have taken different tacks as to how they have advertised this ... The first week it seemed a one off ... then on the following Thursday they advertised it for the following weekend plus the week after! ... No mention in the wording yesterday to expect another ... however keep an eye on the newspaper thread for a plug from The Sun towards the end of the week or on the NOTW webby ...

Here is the 'ad' for last Sundays ...

They haven't changed the policy, it's still one of each coupon but many stores don't know it. My local store didn't know it and it took me 6 months to get them to believe my emails from Dundee and to introduce the real policy (they are now fine but I'm well-known in there, and I know the Supervisors by name, lol!).

You can try emailing Dundee but don't be surprised if their reply is the usual ambiguous blurb 'we accept a coupon if you haven't bought the product'. It's that wording that confuses the issue really, some stores have always read it as 'just one coupon'.

If you get an ambiguous reply you would need to email back and say 'thanks, could you just clarify that you mean 'one of each product' coupon, and I understand there is no limit to the total number of coupons that can be used (if all different, in-date and not specific to tesco or any other store). I would appreciate it if you could confirm that my understanding is correct as some stores say different things'. (Or words to that effect...).

Finally take the emails to CS desk in your store and ask to speak to someone about using coupons. Don't do your shopping first and don't take your chances holding up the queue at a till; if you want to get the matter sorted out you need to see a Manager - or six - at the CS desk up front. Don't be surprised if they are curt and dismissive, some really hate coupons!

You may need to stick your neck out pretty far...it's up to you to decide if the high profile is worth it for you (it was for me, but many people don't want the confrontation or they worry about scrutiny of their clubcard points, which is fair enough).

Thanks for this. I'm definitely going to give it a try. Do you know the email address for Dundee? I've been all over the website and can find a postal address in fact several, but not one email address - have they had too many people emailing?

HTH, like I said though you'll probably have to email a second time to pin them down on the 'no limit' bit and to clarify that the 'one' means one of each coupon.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thanks for all your help.

It worked, I emailed customer services at Tescos and received this is response,

Thank you for your email. I have detailed below some information on the acceptance of coupons in our stores which I hope will help you.

All Tesco specific coupons display the Tesco logo. We'll only accept these
at the till if you buy the product shown on the coupon at the time. We're happy to accept a non-Tesco product coupon even if you don't buy the item. But, the coupon must be in date and Tesco must sell the product. If you present more than one identical coupon you need to purchase the same number of products. This also includes coupons printed from the Internet, but these will only be accepted at the discretion of the Store Manager.

So to be belts and braces I emailed confirming that if I had more than one voucher for different products it would be ok, and I asked if there was a maximum limit and received this response.

    Thank you for your reply.

I am sorry my colleague's email was not clear. I can understand if you are frustrated.

I can confirm that there is no limit to the amount of coupons which can be
used in a transaction unless this is stated otherwise in a coupon's Terms
    and Conditions.

So I printed it off as suggested and wandered into my local Weston super Mare Tescos and spoke to the customer services desk, who agreed with me, and called the Team Leaders who also agreed with me. Apparently they have a "rogue" Team Leader that refuses coupons, but they're going to correct her.

Also they said that customers can only redeem TWO TESCO club card money off vouchers in one transaction without verification which might be where the cashiers were getting mixed up.

The supervisor was very nice and said she'd be on on Saturday when I do my shop and if I have any problems then to ask them to call her.

I can't wait!!!!!!! Thank you all so much.
