Added to my bbl, we should have a thread for nominating bad buyers.

That's a generally a legal minefield for forum owners - what may be a bad buyer for me, may be nice as pie to others. Besides, it would be very easy to slander your competitors on a popular board like this.

What is legally clear though is posting a link to feedback such as above, and let people make their own decisions based on hard facts - such as a string of unnecessary negs left for others. That page is readily available for anyone to find anyway, posting a link just makes the job of finding it a little bit easier!

Surely if an item is fine then you canot leave a negative for something that is supposedly voluntary ? (feedback)

I suggested the same recently in commenting on a sellers situation where a seller posted on here basically that they wanted to leave someone a neg for leaving them a neg that they didn't think was fair (the person had waited 3 weeks to receive an item sent first class.)
I commented that the feedback you leave should be based on whether they paid on time etc and for the seller it should be if the item was as described and sent on time etc. but practically every seller that posts here disagreed, the guy deserved a neg in retaliation (couldn't get one anyway because of the new system) I wonder how many still agree when it's one of their own who has fallen foul of an unfair neg based only on the feedback left for them (or how long it took to leave it)
