Right where do i start.
I upgraded to a new 18 month contract with orange about 12 months ago everthing was fine, and had been fine for the previous 5 years i've been with them. Then about 6 months ago my phone suddenly lost signal where i worked (i've been working in the same place for the last 6 years) So i phoned orange customer services to which they said there must be a problem with my phone so they run a diagostics test on it put theres no problems with the phone. Anyway to cut a very very very long story short after having no signal where i work for the previous 6 months i've tried to cancel my contract by phoning them to which they say i can't cancel because they don't garantee coverage indoors (even though i've had coverage for the last 6 years) I've wrote to them 3 times but had no responce. So my question is because i had a signal when i took the new contract out. And they now don't provide me with this service am i within my rights to cancel. I have tried explaining all this to customer retards but everytime i phone we go through all the same questions followed by all the same tests and come out with the same outcome.

Very very strange! I have had exactly the same problem! I have been with orange 13 months and about 6 weeks ago my phone lost signal as soon as I walked into work! It was fine before, but someone who sits 3 feet away from
me is on orange and his phone is fine!
After I read your post I rang orange and had exactly the same as you, including the 'no guarantee of indoor coverage' get out clause! Just waiting for them to ring me back! We shall have to wait and see now. I'll let you know what happens next!0
