Hi All,
I have a complaint to The AA and do not wish to write a letter through the usual channels, I want to write direct to the CEO. Can this be done? If so does anyone know of his name and address?
I might be wrong, but don't Centrica own the AA ?
If so, this is Centricas CEOs email addy sam.laidlaw@centrica.co.ukDon`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
No, Centrica sold it to CVC Permira. Info's sketchy, but Permira's London advisor is Carl Parker, carl.parker@permira.com.#145 Save £12k in 2016 Challenge: £12,062.62/£12,000.00 Beginning Balance: £5,027.78 CHALLENGE MET

Having worked in customer services I would question the need to escalate a complaint to the top, surely the customer service department deserve a chance to resolve it? Chances are the CEO will pass it to CS to investigate anyway.0

In f\airness the AA's customer service leave a lot to be desired.
But depending on the complaint I'd probably let them have the first shot at it!#145 Save £12k in 2016 Challenge: £12,062.62/£12,000.00 Beginning Balance: £5,027.78 CHALLENGE MET

True, one would like to think that the CEO would read at least some of the complaints addressed directly to him, but in all probability it will actually go straight to his PA's out tray, headed to the customer relations team along with all the other complaints.0
