    or, my favourite: hard boil eggs, halve them and serve them in a white sauce made with frying some onion and curry powder first (or curry paste) so it becomes a mild curry sauce. Serve with rice. Add some frozen peas if you like.

    Mon-Bargain Asda Pizzas and salad
    Tues-Quorn Curry &Nan (will be able to squeeze a portion to freeze and one to keep for Thurs for me when the kids have shepherds pie)

    Fri-Broccoli & Mushroom Lasagne
    Sat-Sausage casserole
    Sun-Roast chicken

    Youngest 2 have free school lunches,me and daughter (home following A'levels finishing) will have wholemeal bread sarnies,poached eggs or cheese on wholemwal bread,soup or baked pots with fillings.
    Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!

    First time posting up my meal plan, i sonetimes swap the days round though. Most is HM, unless is is reduced

    Mon : Shepherd Pie
    Tues: Fish & Chips
    Wed: Meatloaf (F) mash, veg & gravy
    Thur: Mac Cheese
    Fri : Pizza, wedges, dips

    Afters: Yoghurt, Jelly, fruit, rice pudding

    Breakfasts : Cereal, fruit toast, juice, fruit

    DS Packed Lunch
    Tuna pasta salad
    either sausage roll / savoury egg
    fairy cake / banana bread / twinks hobnob
    yoghurt
    fruit x2

    I really need to start taking my own pack up to work with me.
