I recommend Gmail because:
- >2GBytes (and counting) is more than enough for email storage
- Probably the best spam filter in the world
- Ability to tag emails with multiple labels (instead of the inflexible folder system)
- Excellent search engine
- Ability to read in from your other email accounts that support POP
- Very good filtering

I have been using 30gigs from the start and I have never had a problem with them.0

My Yahoo! Mail gives me unlimited inbox space plus its free. I'm not sure whether that's because I've had my account for a number of years, but surely unlimited space is better than 30 Gigs
